A top-down strategy/puzzle game built in Unity and submitted to GDFG TEAM JAM #5. Play it on itch.io .
Led a team of five as team lead and primary developer, delivering a complete shipped game within a one-month deadline. Authored the game requirements, synthesized the team's ideas into a single coherent theme and design direction, and established the technical foundation the team built on. Identified each team member's strengths and directed them toward work that played to those strengths.
The game was designed around an emergent mechanics philosophy — slime types with distinct properties that interact in interesting, combinatorial ways — prioritizing systems depth over scripted content.
Team members had no prior version control experience — onboarded all contributors onto Git and a PR-based workflow, coordinating 64+ merged pull requests over the course of the jam.
Responsible for core gameplay systems, architecture, and pixel art alongside team contributions in UI, audio, and additional art.
